What is Branding ? Explain with Own AeroSoft Example ?

Ans:-    Branding
The process involved in creating a unique name and image for a product in the consumers' mind, mainly through advertising campaigns with a consistent theme. Branding aims to establish a significant and differentiated presence in the market that attracts and retains loyal customers.
Increase customer awareness by developing brand recognition.  Creating a brand for your company takes time and careful planning.  Your company could be the next icon for your particular product or service.  When you have a cut, you reach for the Band Aid® even if the bandage may be made by a different company.  Cool fruity gelatin desserts are referred to as Jello® by most Americans.  Look around you and notice the many brands around you.  What makes them so popular?

               Identify Target Market
What type of customers are you trying to attract?  The success of your company’s branding efforts will rely on the customers you are pursuing.  Trendy graphics and hip hop music may attract the younger consumer, but this type of advertising might turn off the mature customers.  Cater to the interests of your potential clientele.

                            Legalities
Research your ideas so you do not infringe on another company’s brand.  Developing your brand is a long term investment.  Register your trademark legally to protect your company’s name from imposters and possible customer confusion.

              Logo and Color Scheme
Choose simple color choices and an easy to read font for your company logo.  Choosing a graphic that says something about your business helps in creating your unique brand name.  A good example of an effective logo is the swirled red, white and blue Pepsi® circle.  The simple logo dominates the cans and bottles it is printed on and the only reading required is to determine if it is regular, flavored, diet or caffeine free.
                  Why Is Branding
Attitude branding is the choice to represent a larger feeling, which is not necessarily connected with the product or consumption of the product at all.
Iconic brands are defined as having aspects that contribute to the consumer's self-expression and personal identity.
In "no brand" branding, the product is made conspicuous through the absence of a brand name.
In derived branding, some suppliers of key components may wish to guarantee its own position by promoting that component as a brand in its own right.
Cannibalization is a particular problem of a multi-brands strategy approach, in which the new brand takes business away from an established one which the organization also owns. This may be acceptable (indeed to be expected) if there is a net gain overall.
In crowdsourcing branding, brands are created by the people for the business, which is opposite to the traditional method where the business creates a brand.
TERMS
Cannibalization
In marketing strategy, cannibalization refers to a reduction in sales volume, sales revenue, or market share of one product as a result of the introduction of a new product by the same producer.

         Examples:-
Brands whose value to consumers comes primarily from having identity value are said to be "identity brands." Some brands have such a strong identity that they become "iconic brands" such as Apple, Nike, and Harley Davidson.
 Tang
Tang is an individual brand that competes with Kraft's other brand (Kool-Aid).

                                               Branding Strategies
A branding strategy helps establish a product within the market and to build a brand that will grow and mature in a saturated marketplace. Making smart branding decisions up front is crucial since a company may have to live with the decision for a long time. The following are commonly used branding strategies:

Company Name
In this case a strong brand name (or company name) is made the vehicle for a range of products (for example, Mercedez Benz or Black & Decker) or a range of subsidiary brands (such as Cadbury Dairy Milk or Cadbury Fingers in the United States).

Individual Branding
Each brand has a separate name, putting it into a de facto competition against other brands from the same company (for example, Kool-Aid (Figure 1) and Tang (Figure 2) are both owned by Kraft Foods). Individual brand names naturally allow greater flexibility by permitting a variety of different products, of differing quality, to be sold without confusing the consumer's perception of what business the company is in or diluting higher quality products.

Attitude Branding and Iconic Brands
This is the choice to represent a larger feeling, which is not necessarily connected with the product or consumption of the product at all. Companies that use attitude branding include: Nike, Starbucks, The Body Shop, and Apple, Inc. Iconic brands are defined as having aspects that contribute to the consumer's self-expression and personal identity.

Brands whose value to consumers comes primarily from having identity value are said to be "identity brands." Some brands have such a strong identity that they become "iconic brands" such as Apple, Nike, and Harley Davidson

Branding: This process involves researching, developing, and implementing brand names, brand marks, trade characters, and trademarks.

-Branding aims to establish a significant and differentiated presence in the market that attracts and retains loyal customers. It is all about how a company
promotes its products and services and makes a different image of itself either by using logos, symbol, icon, etc. A well established brand can communicate
expectations and beliefs about product quality, reliability, superior design, exclusiveness, or desirability with ease. The brand thus enhances perceived
customer value in products and services, allowing them to command premium prices and bring higher margins to those who sell them.
This process of making a good trustworthy image in the market despite of the existing customer, is Branding. It is an on going process.

5. How to create an effective Blog ?
Blogs are becoming an important tool for marketing and promotion. Their need have been increasing all across the web and so it is most important
to create an effective blog so that it is read by as many people as possible.

Clear topic: Set the topic about which the blog is to be written very clearly.
Attractive title: The title must be used and it should be an eye catcher.
Be Consistent in Your Posts

Keep an option of comments and respond to all respectfully.
Focus on current happenings and elucidate with as many examples as you can.
Use simple language and promote blogs as much as possible.

        Effective Blog Needs :-
1. Write with purpose
Before beginning your blog be sure to understand your target audience and your blogging goal. Ask, who am I writing for? And why? (Keep in mind that as with all social media, your blog should provide value and/or educate your audience.) Every element of every post should be written with that target audience in mind and each post should have a clear goal or purpose. For example, if your target audience are owners of manufacturing businesses, your blog should provide useful insurance insight for their business. Create posts that show your ideal clients that your agency is the ideal partner for their business.

 2.  K.I.S.S.
Keep It Simple! Just because you understand all of the technical aspects of a policy and can list ‘insurance jargon’ as a 2nd language, it doesn’t mean your audience can. Put yourself in their shoes, and keep your writing elementary in nature. In fact, some topics that you might think are no-brainers to you may serve as educational blog topics to your audience.

 3.  Tell them what you want them to do
One of the biggest mistakes that we see in blogging is not closing out a post. There may be a great story and information, but most times the post ends abruptly. You want your audience to have their interest sparked, but you also want to let them know that you have something to offer!  Make sure that you include some type of call-to-action at the end of (almost) every blog post that you write. This may be to call you to learn more, or visit your website, sign up for your newsletter, etc.

4.  Be interesting
One of the biggest arguments against insurance blogging that we hear is, “Nobody wants to read about insurance.” We would tend to agree, even though we do so multiple times per week. The trick here is to be interesting enough to read. Don’t get too technical, and again think about your audience. Provide useful information with a balance of imagery or a case study and you’ve got the recipe for success.

There is no magic pill to blogging for Insurance, but by following the above steps you will have the foundation for a successful blog – and a great lead generating tool for your organization!

6. How to Build your online marketing plan ?  Explain with Own AeroSoft Example ?

A planned, organized Internet marketing campaign with rotation through a variety of targeted sites, is not hard to coordinate, does not need to cost a great deal of money and can generate traffic and sales faster than Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and/or social media marketing efforts.
It is made successful only when the target customer is defined well.
Step 1: Define Your Customer
Either the product or the services of any organization needs to be marketed. The products or services offered is used or availed by certain set of customers
like- cerelac and other infant products are for infants and kids of age less than a year or two.
most cosmetic products are used by teenagers and adult and not kids and old age people. Thus, defining the target customer is important so that the
marketing team of any company is clear as to whom to market and show information about the services.
following are the steps involved-

Step 2: Choose Your Targets
Target must be fixed and the place as to where the marketing and promotion would be done to attain maximum visibility by customers or prospects.

Step 3: Budget
online marketing plan can prove to be cost effective if planned accordingly since everything is online.

Step 4: Creating Your Ad Content
Online marketing works best when you focus only on one or two things. You may have a variety of products but pick one or two items that are good
sellers and have a solid appeal to your target market for your marketing campaign.

Step 5: Tracking & Monitoring Your Ads
Tracking and reacting to your campaign's successes are critical in maintaining an effective marketing campaign. From your website stats to PPC stats,
there are many ways to determine what is working and what isn't. By paying attention you'll learn volumes about your ads and how to hone them for
best results.

Why Productivity is Importent for SEO Professionals

1. Why Productivity is Importent for SEO Professionals ?
Ans:-Productivity is important because it allows the business to be more cost effective even at the time of recession. This in turn allows the business to have a higher profit.productivity is directly related with hard work and efficiency and it is important for SEO professionals ,since they have to serve their organisation ,which in turn self beneficial for them as well.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is actually more than just a simple technique to increase traffic and sell products or services.

It’s easy when you’re publishing a guest blog post, reading up on the newest Google update, or otherwise updating a client’s Facebook page to forget what you are working on and lose your mind in the abyss that is the internet. When this happens 30 minutes can go by before you snap back to reality and realize you just stalked on an old friend’s profile, laughed at ten memes about a fuzzy cat, and watched a YouTube video of some kid injuring himself on a skateboard.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is an art to increase traffic and sell products or services online. More the output of a bsuiness, less is the cost to produce the product. As a result, the profit margin goes high. SEO helps you to build constant growing traffic which also helps you to gain credibility and trust from your visitors. This helps in getting more RSS Readers, more Twitter followers and people who are interested in buying your products or just interested

Ten Tips To keep productive  an SEO  professional.
1. Stay Focused
Stayfocusd is a browser extension that allows you to create a blacklist of websites you know that slows your productivity and sets an amount of time you can spend on them each weekday. Do you have multiple logins for personal and professional Google Accounts? Then the Quick Login for Google Accounts extension is right for you! Using the quick login allows you to quickly switch between up to 10 Google accounts and the best part is, you don’t have to remember all your passwords for the differing accounts!
3. WriteMonkey
WriteMonkey is a word processor that can help with longer consultancy documents or blog posts. It boils the writing process down and enables you to get through the writing stage of producing a document much faster.

 4. Leverage Pocket
Pocket is a useful tool that allows you to easily store interesting articles, videos, or snippets of text in a virtual portfolio to review at a better time. Now you can go back and read that recommended blog post you found in your morning email on how to beat”Google’s Penguin update” while you are waiting for a burrito on your lunch break. Oh yes, Pocket has an app so that any content saved via your computer, ipad, or phone is immediately synced.

 5. Use A Timer
Timer is a good tool to help build your attention span and is another Google chrome app available for free. If you really struggle to concentrate on a piece of work, start off by trying to focus on it for just 10 minutes of your time then build that time up and up.
6. Hear the Music, but Don’t Listen to It
It gets awfully boring when all you hear is silence for too long. At Dinomite SEO we allow all our team members to play music while they work. What we’ve found is that some people work better and faster when they have music playing while others enjoy complete silence. Try adding some music to your workday and you may notice you feel more productive.

7. Use SaneBox For Email Organization
How you go about organizing and responding to emails is actually very important to your productivity. We use SaneBox to filter out emails by their level of importance so that our inbox is automatically organized for us. Emails from our clients stay in our inbox while emails from subscription sites are neatly organized into a separate folder while “follow up emails” have yet another folder. It is really our favorite tool of the bunch.
SEO Tools Emails

8. Sleep Like A Baby
Easier said than done but we all can agree; one of the greatest boosts to productivity is getting more sleep. How can you get more sleep? For starters don’t drink coffee after noon. Caffeine can stay in your system up to 8 hours. Next, don’t eat dessert or candy after dinner. Skipping dessert may not be fun but feeling tired and unproductive is worse. Plus skipping dessert is only going to benefit your health otherwise. Last tip: try meditating before you go to bed. Thinking positive thoughts helps to relax your mind.

9. Want It Bad Enough
Ultimately, if you feel you are being unproductive, take a step back and question your underlying thoughts about your job. Do you love your work? If not then evaluate whether you have the opportunity to switch your career or the company you’re working for. It’s much better to evaluate your options while you have them before your boss questions the output and quality of your work later on. Don’t wait to have a Jerry Maguire moment folks. It doesn’t always turn out pretty.

10. Work Your Ass Off Before Lunch
Somewhere I read that 75% of employee work is completed in the first four hours of their work day. Thinking about it, this makes sense. During a lunch break people often socialize, relax, maybe they take a nap, run errands, and often times they overeat. Most of these activities do not inspire a strong post lunch work ethic. Additionally as the day grows later and people grow tired they begin to slack.
